Welcome to Cafe Kuol's Listening Room, a guided deep listening and immersive experience for the melomaniacs.

We begin the series with grief.

Across the evening a curated sequence of music plays from artists including Frank Ocean, Solange and Sampha, in a considered arc, moving through different perspectives of grief: emotions, coping, absence and change alongside spoken thoughts from our founder and host on how each track holds grief.

Specially made loose leaf tea (optional inf) will be served before taking our grounded seats (no phones) with arepas (halal and vegan options available) served and optional journalling. Full address will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to event.
