REFLECTIONS
A VESSEL FOR OBSERVING THE WAY WE SEE OURSELVES.
THEY CAN FEEL CLARIFYING, UNSETTLING, OR BOTH.
WHAT SURFACES WHEN ATTENTION TURNS INWARD?
Reflections. Sometimes they arrive abruptly in a moment that forces us to look inward, Other times slowly through stillness and rituals. Not always about understanding, they very often serve as a vessel for simply noticing. We spend so much of our lives responding outwardly. Reflection asks us to turn back toward ourselves and to observe what we carry, what we protect, what we no longer recognise, what has been lost, and what has been gained. It can be clarifying, unsettling, or both at once. There is vulnerability in looking closely...and freedom. Reflection holds space between reaction and intention, allowing us to live with awareness of what stays with us and what we are ready to leave behind.
